Ingredients

8 oz Chorizo Emiliano Villa
6 oz Oaxaca Cheese o Cotija
3 oz Cilantro
4 oz Refrito
4 oz White Onion
4 Tortillas de Maíz (Suave) Doña Lola

Directions

Cook the chorizo over medium-high heat until it is
completely cooked (10 to 12 minutes)

Preheat the skillet or griddle for 5 to 8 minutes.

Then, heat the tortillas for 20 to 30 seconds on each side
depending on your preferred texture.

Add refried beans and cheese while the tortilla is still heating on the second side.

Remove and place the cooked chorizo on top.

Finish with onion and cilantro to taste and enjoy!
