The best tortillas, always
To always have the best omelette, follow these tricks and enjoy.
How to heat your tortillas
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- When the pan is hot, put your tortillas 20 to 30 seconds on each side. If you want to brown them a little more, you can leave them for longer.
- Enjoy your meal! Since they are already baked, they will be ready after heating.
How to preserve freshness
- Wrap them in paper towels, inside a plastic "zip-lock" bag, and keep them in the fridge.
- Those that you will not consume within the next two weeks, wrap them in paper towels and freeze them in the same plastic bag.
- When stored in the fridge, tortillas have a 30-day shelf life. If stored in the freezer, they will last up to six months.
