Ingredients

4 oz Doña Lola Refrito
4 oz Queso Mixto, Cotija, Quesadilla
5 oz Chorizo Emiliano Villa
16 oz Doña Lola Corn Tortilla Chips
3 oz Sour Cream
2 oz Guacamole
2 oz Pico de Gallo
2 oz Cilantro
6 oz Cheese Sauce (Home made or Ready in a Supermarket)

Directions

Open 2 bags of chips

Saute the chorizo for 10 to 12 minutes

Spread refried beans on both tortillas

Place chorizo over the tortillas and add cheese sauce

Arrange a serving plate in a circular shape

Add sour cream around the tortilla

Place pico de gallo and guacamole in the center

Finish with cilantro and enjoy!
